The founder
Bianca Alcantar.
Eight-plus years in sales, customer service, and operations for other people's businesses — and one straightforward idea about how this one should run.
Bianca Alcantar
Founder
Bianca's background is sales, customer service, and operations: more than eight years of it. That is not incidental to a vending business, it is the whole job. Curation is a buying decision. Reliability is an operations one. A machine that sits empty is a customer-service problem. The brand is built on those three things because they are the three things she has actually done for a living.
Most recently she was an Operations Management Assistant and Client Solutions Specialist at Atlas Agent in Austin, from March 2023 to December 2025 — coordinating client project operations, documentation workflows, and deliverables across healthcare and automotive software consulting engagements. It is work where the detail is the deliverable and nothing goes out until it is accounted for.
Before that, as a Sales Executive Manager at Prime Communications (AT&T) in Austin, she managed a lead portfolio in Salesforce and closed consistently, averaging $2,000 per sale. The through-line is the same one she is entrepreneurial about now: take an idea, turn it into something that exists, runs, and holds up in practice.

- Curation is a buying decision
- A short list is chosen, not filled. Every item has to earn the slot it takes up.
- Reliability is operations
- Stocked, working, and accounted for — the unglamorous part is the product.
- Ideas, then follow-through
- The interesting part is turning something into a business that actually runs.
Placing a machine, stocking one, or just want to talk it through — email is the fastest way to start that conversation.
